Located in the heart of Buffalo, New York, the Richardson Olmsted Campus connects diverse surrounding communities—the West Side, North Buffalo, Buffalo State College, and the Elmwood Village. Whether you’re coming by car, bus, or bike, it’s easy to get here and find your way around.
Where to park.
The Richardson Olmsted Campus offers ample parking for cars in areas designated on the map.
Guests visiting Lipsey Architecture Center Buffalo are invited to park in the lots on the north side of the Richardson, which is accessible via Rockwell Road off of Elmwood Avenue. Wheelchair accessible parking is also available in these lots.
Guests visiting the Richardson for a tour or simply to explore are encouraged to park along the southwestern portion of the South Lawn semicircular roadway on the Forest Avenue side of the Towers Building. Free on-street parking can be found on Forest Avenue, Richmond Avenue, and surrounding side streets.
Guests visiting by bike will find bike racks at both the front and rear of the Towers Building.
Guests visiting by car can use our main entrance at 444 Forest Ave., Buffalo 14213.

The Towers Building and two flanking buildings of the Richardson Olmsted Campus include restrooms, galleries, conference rooms, and event spaces are accessible to guests in wheelchairs, with standard elevators available for all guests who wish to travel to higher floors without using the stairs.
