Friday, March 3, 2017
After three years of hard work, construction on the first phase of redevelopment at the 140-year-old Richardson Olmsted Complex is complete.
Since 2014, construction has been underway to redevelop the first three of eleven buildings at this National Historic Landmark. The three buildings, including the iconic Towers Building, have been transformed into a hotel, restaurant, event space, and architecture center, all set to open in 2017.
Finishing touches, including furniture, cabinetry, drapery, and artwork by local artists, are now being installed.
