The Search for Development Partners Begins
Wednesday, August 30, 2017
The Richardson Center Corporation (RCC) is searching for development partners with a shared vision for the future of the Richardson Olmsted Campus to build on the successful opening of Hotel Henry Urban Resort Conference Center, the enLIGHTen celebration, and the incoming Lipsey Buffalo Architecture Center.
A Request for Statements of Interest for development partners for the remaining 10 undeveloped buildings and 25 acres of grounds has been released. Statements of Interest will be collected through October 9th and a decision on partners is expected by the end of 2017.
As the non-profit owner and steward of the Richardson Olmsted Campus, the RCC will continue to involve the community. The redevelopment has been executed according to the original Master Plan, which was developed with the community in 2009. This Master Plan was updated in early 2017 to guide future redevelopment.
