Yesterday was a momentous day for our Campus partner the Lipsey Architecture Center Buffalo (LACB). They held their official groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction of a new architecture museum/center right here on Campus. The LACB will provide a dedicated space for the celebration and exploration of greater-Buffalo, New York’s rich architectural legacy. The final project will consist of the adaptive reuse of an original c. 1875 kitchen building, and a state-of-the-art expansion designed by the internationally recognized firm Höweler + Yoon Architecture. Stay tuned for updates on the project!
